The University of Washington’s Undergraduate Academic Affairs unit recently held their annual Spring Celebration of Service and Leadership event. The event is a showcase of student community-based service and activism. The theme for this year’s event was Beyond the Selfie and served as a lens for students to share how they looked beyond themselves to focus on and experience the picture picture around them. We loved the theme and these two videos that let us meet two of the several hundred students that participated in this year’s Spring Celebration.
