Recology Cleanscapes is a Bay-area based resource recovery company that serves 113 communities across four states. While recycling and composting is part of a daily routine for most residents of Seattle, the composting part is often new to apartment dwellers, and smaller suburban communities. In order to increase the number of residents who compost materials rather than sending that material to the landfill, CleanScapes started a program to educate new customers about household composting. As testament to growing latino population in western Washington, they also wanted to speak directly to the Spanish-speaking audience. We had great fun making the original video as well as the Spanish version!
